Returns and Exchanges
Bottom line, we want you to love your Wicked Wine Run gear and wear it with pride. We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original packaging and unworn condition. Wicked Wine Run does not charge restocking fees. Please note that return shipping costs will apply.
Return and Exchange Exceptions
- Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Components of the participant race kit are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items purchased at our event’s onsite store are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How To Return An Item
Returning an item is easy! Just follow the steps below:
Email support@wickedwinerun.com and include the following details:
• Your full name
• Your order number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the return or exchange
• Return product information (product, style, color, and size)
• Exchange product information, if applicable (product, style, color, and size)
We’ll respond with authorization and next steps for completing your return or exchange.
We recommend using a traceable carrier like USPS, UPS, or FedEx, as Wicked Wine Run is not responsible for items that are not received.
